I'm sure the GMs around the league already have a pretty good feel for him...... He was a project from the start because of his lack of strength and bulk and is pretty much in the same boat today.....He has the length and (sometimes) shooting to be a solid NBA player but no other real intangibles.

So far it's not worked out like anyone hoped. But Daye still could turn it around in a big way. We have nothing to lose by giving him that opportunity this season, assuming he earns that opportunity.

You guys are underestimating his talent in a big way. Unfortunately, you are not overstating the issues he's dealing with with his heart. Still, he's not a bad kid or a bad teammate at all. There's still hope for him.

as usual, matt, you severely overrate yet another player on this team.

He's a 7 foot spot shooter. That's all he will ever be. Give it a rest already.
