The Houston game put Monroe's weakness out there for all to see. His numbers have plummeted since then, and will only continue to drop as every team is playing him the exact same way now.

It's sad to watch Perkins play 3 feet off of Monroe-with Monroe all of 7 feet from the rim- and Monroe STILL drives the ball into the teeth of the defense to throw up a bad shot.

Either he has no confidence in his jumper, or he simply can't shoot.

This is what I was referring to weeks ago. Monroe is not big or athletic enough to succeed for very long in this league without a perimeter shot.

OKC for whatever reason came out highly motivated. We came out forcing the ball to a big man that can't shoot or post up and told him to create offense...

The Westbrook/Knight match-up went about as badly as you'd think. He looked really intimidated.
