As for being "one game better" than Mob. My team is clearly more talented than his roster. Also, I have a proven track record in these leagues. I will climb up the standings and Mob will fall down. It's like the changing of the seasons.

Yeah, Charley offered me a better player, but with Turner and Kidd I got TWO players of need. Turner was the player I wanted most in this deal. I've been after Turner before Who traded him to King. I needed some guards, I've been picking up Randy Foye's off of FA just to try to get some games in. I wanted guards that help me with my rebound totals. Turner and Kidd both do that.

Hedo was doing great for me and was one of my best players earlier in this season. He's fell off and I don't have the luxury to wait for a player to get his shit together. I'm trying to win this thing, with the draft flubs I had and injuries, I've had to think outside the box a bit and go more for a strategic game. I going Moneyball on this. I either win or I lose.

Despite the draft debacle, this is the funnest fantasy basketball season I've played.

Really it is. Love my cousin, but it would be hard for me not to admit that the atmosphere has been so much better. Lot less bullshit and yelling and just people having fun.

Sucks about the abriviated year.. it's going to be hard to make up those early bad weeks with such a short time.

I think the notification is new. They've always done stat corrections, but you used to have to go to the Player to page to find out if there'd been one.

We had way more movement in years past. This year is pretty mediocre in that regard.

I guess I won that trade. I sat on it for a few days, too. Decided with getting two guards in my last trade that I could afford to give up Billups. I usually dominate the three point Cat, so losing his threes wouldn't hurt me to much.

It's no shock guys are dropping like flies. This schedule is a fucking joke. High school kids don't even play this many games in a short time span. If anyone is interested in Brook Lopez, shoot me an offer. I'm assuming he's on the verge of returning to form post-All Star break. I like him, but his blocks are kind of wasted on my team, considering that I'm punting that cat.

Not interested in a 2-1 deal. Looking for a comparable PF/C that will match Brook's averages from last year and maybe improve rebounds or percentages a bit in exchange for the added blocks that Lopez will bring to your team.

Gained another game on reaching King and the last spot. The last spot is going to come down to the final week when I play King. And thankfully he isn't playing pizza boy.. I think that guy quit about 5 weeks ago.

Thanks.. I was fortunate that you had two good guys out.. honestly my team didn't play too well.. well certain players I count on.. But I would of been lucky to win if you didn't have those injuries. Hopefully I caught a break and this week can get atleast one game into King and then the final week winner will take the last spot.

My team is finally coming together.. and knock on wood I have avoided injuries for the most part. I really really like my team though.. by far the best roster I've ever had and it would be a shame to me if I didn't get in the playoffs.

Speaking of which.. I'm not familiar.. what are the tie breakers if King and I end with the same record?

It's gonna be a hard week for me, I think. Lopez (who I was lucky enough to pick up off the waiver wire) was on crutches and Lord only knows what the hell is going on with Curry at any time. Gonna get Gallo back this week though and he was a phenomenal player for me before he went down a month ago.

Overall, even though I took a hit last week, I'm pretty happy with where my team is at. I traded all the players I drafted in the first five rounds, and honestly, I think I like this team a lot more than any team I've had in fantasy basketball before.

That's why I dropped Lopez when he got hurt. A stress fracture in a short season for a big was serious trouble. I'm glad I saved the roster spot when I did. You can't hold onto injured guys in this league.
